It is important to understand the following definitions for these Terms:

“Account Holder” means you or a Revix customer that has successfully verified their account,

“Action” means a Reward earning action as outlined below,

“Dormant Account” is a Revix account with no buy, sell or hold activity for a 12-month period,

“GBP or £” means Great British Pounds Sterling. The legal tender of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,

“Referrer” means a Revix customer who has provided their unique Referral code to a Referee,

“Referee” means a Revix customer who has successfully signed up for a Revix account using the Referrers unique Referral code,

“Referral Reward” means a reward of R200 for ZAR customers or £10 for GBP customers to the Referee and 150 Revix Rewards points to the Referrer,

“Reward Points” or “Points” refer to loyalty points that are redeemable at a fixed exchange rate of:

1 point = 10p (pence) for GBP customers, and
1 point = R2.00 for ZAR customers
* Conversions from Reward Points to other currencies may be included from time to time.

"Rewards program" means the Revix Rewards program,

“RSA” means the Republic of South Africa,

“UK” means the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,

“Website” means www.revix.com, and

“ZAR or R” means South African Rands. The legal tender of the Republic of South Africa.

1. General
   1. We reserve the right to change, update or cancel the referral program, including the percentages or absolute value of the rewards, at any time, for any reason, as and when may be required in its sole and absolute discretion.
   2. Rewards are not subject to any cap or limit.
   3. We reserve the right to disable Rewards, in whole or in part, for any particular Account Holder for any reason at any time.
   4. We are entitled to treat all instructions, relating to Reward Points, given to us by the Account Holder and to act in accordance with these instructions.
   5. Our decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Rewards program shall be final and binding on the Account Holder.
   6. The use and/or conversion of Points may be subject to added terms and conditions or restrictions and we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend or terminate the Rewards program, and/or modify these terms and conditions.
   7. We may notify the Account Holder of any such change(s) in these Terms by email, posting changes on our Website, or by such other means of communication as we may determine in its absolute discretion. Where the Account Holder continues to use our platform after such notification, then the Account Holder shall be deemed to have agreed with any updates and/or change(s) to the Terms.
   8. Suspicious activity relating to rewards farming may be investigated and can result in the removal of Rewards Points, or its equivalent in assets held if found.
   9. Initial investments must be held on the platform for a period of 30 days or Revix reserves the right to remove Rewards Points, bonuses or benefits from any customer or the Rewards equivalent in assets held.
   10. A customer using the Revix Rewards program should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices to promote Revix or any related brands or companies. Revix reserves the right to cancel all Rewards Points, bonuses or benefits from any customer if they are found to be promoting the Rewards Program in a misleading way.
   11. Revix reserves the right to cancel all Rewards Points, bonuses or benefits from any customer if they misuse the Rewards Program outside of its intended use.
   12. These Terms will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (UK).


2. Participation
   1. All Account Holders will automatically participate in the Rewards program and earn Points, however, converting points or engaging with Revix Rewards is at your sole discretion.
   2. To redeem any earned points you must have verified your account.
   3. If your account is terminated at any time, for any reason, you will instantly be disqualified from participating in the Rewards program and all accrued but unused Rewards Points will automatically be cancelled and no longer be available for use.
   4. Revix Points will not be transferable to any other Account Holder.


3. Earning Revix Rewards Points (RR)

   3. Customers participating in any fee free promotions will not earn points for fee free transactions.
   4. Please note that the above listed actions are not an exhaustive list, and other point earning actions can be introduced on an ad hoc basis, and are subject to changes from time to time.
   5. Points will be awarded within 5-business days of the Action being completed.
   6. Any Points awarded to and redeemed will be shown in your Revix profile.
   7. After Points have been awarded they will not expire.


4. Awarding Rewards Points
   1. In relation to all Points awarded:
      • Rewards are awarded as they are earned, with some exceptions as specified in other Terms below.
      • We will check for duplicate or fake accounts and no point will be paid out for such accounts. The creation of duplicate or fake accounts may result in complete disqualification and eligibility in the Rewards program.
   2. Earning points by signing up
      To earn Points from signing up for a Revix account, all qualifying sign ups must complete the sign-up process.
   3. Earning Points by verifying your account
      To earn Points from verifying your Revix account, all qualifying accounts must successfully verify their identity, provide an acceptable residential address as outlined by our Verification requirements and provide other necessary documentation.
   4. Earning Points from investing
      To earn Points for your first, second or repeat investments, all qualifying accounts must make an investment into any asset of your choosing.
   5. Earn Points by referring a friend
      To earn Points by referring a friend, all qualifying Referees (users that have been referred) must:
      • Enter a Referrer’s unique referral code when signing up, or use the sign-up link that was sent from the Referrer which automatically includes the referrer's unique referral code when signing up.
      • Verify their account, and;
      • Make an investment into one of our products using GBP or ZAR to the value of R500 / £25.
      The reward to the referrer will be paid out in Revix Points as outlined in the Reward Actions table above.
      The referee will receive R200 if they’re a ZAR customer or £10 if they’re a UK customer.
      There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
   6. Earn Points by leaving a Google review
      To earn Points by leaving a Google review, you must:
      • Leave us rating and review here. Please note that a rating alone will not result in points being awarded.
      • Please use your email address linked to your Revix account when asked to do so. This will enable us to identify you in the effort to allocate your points.
      • You will only be awarded once for leaving a Google review. Multiple reviews will not earn additional points.
   7. Earn Points by completing a survey
      To earn Points from completing a survey, you must:
      • Complete a survey that has been emailed to you from Revix directly.
      • Use your email registered to your Revix account, so that we are able to identify you and credit your Points.
      • You can only complete the survey once. You will not be awarded more than once for completing a single survey multiple times.


5. Redeeming Rewards
   1. Points may be used, subject to these Terms, only by the Account Holder to whom the Points were awarded. When you reach a balance of 200 points, you can redeem these Points for the equivalent value in Bitcoin using the Redeem function in the rewards section of your dashboard. Please note that the prevailing Bitcoin exchange rate to ZAR and GBP will be used when points are converted and may result in varying amounts of Bitcoin being received each time you redeem points.
   2. No instruction by the Account Holder regarding the use of any Points can be altered, reversed or cancelled once confirmed. Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
   3. Points conversion rate
      • RR set at 1RR = ZAR 2.00
      • RR set at 1RR = GBP 0.10
   4. Levels When you first sign up, you’ll be in the ‘Blue’ level. As you earn more Reward Points, you will move to higher levels and unlock benefits as outlined in the Reward Levels table below.

      1. Dedicated account manager You will receive contact details of a dedicated account manager to provide 1:1 support from 08:30am - 17:00 SAST.
      2. Redeeming merchandise You will receive an email from us when you are eligible to redeem a piece of merchandise. You will be asked to confirm your size and delivery address. We will cover the cost of shipping to all major cities. Once the item has been sent there can be no returns, refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
      3. A reduction in trading fees You will be eligible for a reduced fee as specified in your Rewards level. For the stated period you will pay reduced transaction fees (buy/sell), rebalance fees, withdrawal fees and subscription fees. Please note that deposit fees will still be incurred and payable in full.
